Please meet the keynote speaker:

Ieva Jāgere is a finance and investment expert with more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and has managed large-scale investment attraction transactions.

From 2016 to 2022, she served as the CEO of Callidus Capital, a financial and investment advisory firm, and was an independent member of Indexo's Internal Audit Committee. Prior to that role, Ieva Jāgere  was the Head of Corporate Finance at Oaklins Baltics from 2012 to 2016, where she was responsible for sourcing and managing various client investments and transactions. Additionally, from 2006 to 2016, she was responsible for corporate clients management at Swedbank.

The newly appointed Director of LIAA, chosen by the Minister of Economics, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, a Master's degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Latvia, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Logistics from the University of Ventspils.
