Radisson Blu Hotel Elizabete is launching the winter menu on Friday, 2 December, which will consists of a 7 course degustation menu pared with wines from Abavas winery.  The owner and winemaker from Abavas will also attend the event and share some info regarding their offering throughout the evening.  From a live cooking station chef Sergejs Jaramisjans, will introduce the dishes, which are all a C.reative U.rban T.wists on Baltic cuisine.  So it will turn out to be an informative evening, with great food and wine.... and beeer!
