The company is part of SCHWENK Building Materials Group, with headquarters in Ulm, Germany. SCHWENK Latvija employs 360 people directly and ensures work for more than 650 subcontractors’ employees throughout the value chain. As a family-owned company in its sixth generation, we are aware of our responsibility toward people, nature, the environment, and the climate. We think across generations and place particular focus on the sustainability of our building materials. Our cement plant in Broceni is already among the most advanced in Europe, and with constant investment, we ambitiously move towards climate-neutral cement production.
